3D Plastic Machining
The wide range of CNC equipment PMI offers allows the most difficult contour to be cut while holding the tightest tolerances. We utilize the latest CAD-CAM system to program 3D machining and surface contouring capabilities.
Industrial Laser Engraving
PMI applies computer-generated images to a wide variety of nonmetallic materials. The combination of industrial lasers, galvanometric imaging systems and computer control provides the user with a unique combination of speed, permanence and versatility that cannot be matched by any other marking technique.
Plastic CNC Turning
PMI’s machines large and small components with cross holes, hexes, contours and other difficult features. Our turning centers capabilities range from 2” through the spindle and can be chucked to as much as 9” in diameter.
Plastic Drilling
With hole location being crucial from part to part, PMI can guarantee that the holes drilled inyour parts will be exactly located every time using CNC machines to complete each job.
Plastic Live Tooling & Lathe
The key to competitive pricing and fast deliveries is “live tooling". Our equipment is "state-of-the-art", utilizing live tooling, eliminating multiple set-ups. Our accuracy and repeatability is improved by our constant upgrading of our CNC equipment.
Plastic Milling
We are proud to produce mill components with a high degree of consistency to close tolerances with no burrs. Surface finishes can be optical-quality grade as needed. Complex components are easily manufactured through the direct import of files from most CAD systems.
