Plastic CNC Turning
PMI routinely machines large and small components with cross holes, hexes, contours and other difficult features. Our turning centers' capabilities range to 4.33" through the spindle and can be chucked to as much as 9" in diameter.

Plastic Live Tooling & Lathe

Plastic Milling
We are proud to produce consistent close-tolerance milled products with no burrs. Surface finishes can be optical-quality grade if needed. Complex components are easily manufactured through the direct import of files from most CAD systems to our Esprit or EdgeCam software.
